Lift Inspections
Lift Inspections You Can Trust
Whether requested by an HOA, insurance provider, property manager, or local jurisdiction, Coastal Lifts provides thorough lift inspections backed by more than 25 years of hands-on cargo lift experience on the Gulf Coast.
Stay Compliant. Stay Safe.
Lift inspections may not be a requirement — they're the best way to catch small issues before they become costly failures. Our experienced inspectors perform thorough evaluations of all lift components, safety devices, and code compliance items, then provide a complete written report.
We inspect all makes and models — whether we installed your lift or not. Our team is familiar with the specific inspection requirements and we handle all the documentation you need to stay compliant.
Types of Inspections We Perform
Annual Safety Inspections
Annual or periodic lift inspections may be requested by HOAs, insurance companies, property managers, or local jurisdictions. Coastal Lifts evaluates safety devices, mechanical components, electrical systems, and overall lift condition and provides written findings.
New Installation Inspections
Final inspection and sign-off for newly installed lift systems — required before a lift can be placed into service.
Post-Repair Inspections
Inspection following major repairs or modifications to verify the lift is safe and code-compliant before returning to service.
Real Estate Inspections
Pre-sale and buyer inspections for properties with existing lift systems — see our dedicated Real Estate Inspections page for details.
